Hmmm must be a scam if Amway's been in business for almost sixty years. It must be a scam if they own the Orlando Magic basketball team. It must be a scam if they have an A+ rating from the better business bureau. For the ignorant asses reading this, if you would realize that it's more about building relationships, trust, and helping impact thousands of lives instead of focusing on your own needs and desires (being selfish), then there would be way less people whining and complaining about how this is supposedly a "scam" and all about sales and recruiting. Sounds like you weren't self disciplined enough to not eat the marshmallows right away. Just because you didn't get it and obviously failed doesn't mean it gives you the right to give your uneducated opinion about Amway on uncredited sources like online blogs. Well I guess it does since you can do whatever you want technically, but you're just wasting your "time" (see what I did there? 😉).

Look the fact of the matter is Amway is a great platform if you do the business correctly. The business is simple. You make money by selling products and training other people to do the same. As a company Amway is very supportive of it's IBO's, the products it produces are all top quality, and the support structure in the Amway community is balanced perfectly between professional and friendly. Plus compared to other industries such as banking, food, entertainment, or anything really Amway has the lowest barrier to entry of any franchise type business. The registration fees plus starting supplies amount to somewhere around $1,000. That is DIRT CHEAP compared to say trying to open a McDonalds or a 7/11. This isn't a job, it's not a get rich quick scheme, it's a business and businesses require time and effort to be successful.

I notice that Robert didn't say the word "amyway" not once. I recently was approached by some guy that tried to get me into this Amway thing, even if it meant running the risk of loosing my job, to come to these stupid meetings every other Friday, he had the nerve to ask me "if I could call off work" Smh. He gave me some books to read , one was "go-giver" and the other was a book by Robert kyosaki. It seems as if Amway recruiters are using Roberts material to lure people in. I mentioned the word "network marketing" and they seemed get defensive, "nooo this isn't network marketing". I later met the guy and his fiancé at Starbucks and I told them that I would try it for 6 months and their reaction was like "we need some one that will commit the next five years to this, if we choose them" lol, that's another thing, they always made it feel like they were giving me a opportunity. It just didn't feel right, first of all I met this guy in line when I was donating plasma "if it's so great why are you donating plasma?" , I went to one meeting and the guy and his wife was there and they seemed so obsessed with another couple that was there presenting to this small group in a 2 bedroom house. The couple was their mentors, when I guess the first couple was trying to be my mentor, they use the word "mentor" a lot. The last straw was when they invited me to come to a meeting this past Friday and I text him that I wouldn't be able to make it last minute (I blew him off, not the first time). When I did blow him off in the past, the guy seem irritated , frustrated lol, he really thought he was doing me a favor. Lol he drove a beat up truck, i would of probably been a bit more serious about it, if he was driving around in a BMW 7-Series. Oh and he would send me these audio files of speakers, one was of this lady talking and what will make me feel word was these words "your probably going to loose friends, forget them you don't need them, treat this like a business" it started to feel like I was being groomed to enter a cult. The way he went about recruiting me was just creepy, he never mentioned the word Amway in the 3 weeks of courting me, the first time I heard the word was at the first meeting I went to.

  12. Mohammed Miah says:

I feel sorry for the slaves of Amway. You are fools if you think you need people to make you money, no you are money LEARN and you will earn your way or of work, there is no such thing as free money from networking, direct selling is very different from what Amway do think about it you do not get paid to recruit people but you spend time recruiting people with no money. Again how are you a business when you have one supplier Amway- that's not a business you are a sales man with no pay therefore a slave – if you had one supplier where is your bargaining power and think about it you are one industry you are nothing more than a poor person begging someone to buy your one brand of products. But when virgin sells all types of products. You are being conned one day you will wake up and think wow who did I work for me or Amway and you will never be rich. And before I leave I am a chartered accountant and went to a branch on recommendation to witness this treachery first hand. WAKE UP
