Is it better to invest or pay off debt? How do I get started in real estate investing? And other questions are answered in this week’s episode of Ask The Guys.

How to get started investing is one of the most common questions we’re asked. So no surprise it comes up again in this edition of Ask The Guys.

Of course, the answer depends on where you’re at, where you want to go, what you have to work with, and what’s happening in the marketplace at the time. So even though the question repeats, the answer is seldom the same.

Another popular question is about the use of debt. With interest rates at record lows, but growing concerns over student and consumer debt, there’s a debate about whether it’s a good idea to pay off debt BEFORE you start investing…or if it makes sense to get started anyway.

So, it is better to pay off debt or invest? We’ll tell you what we think.

We also address the question of when and how to consider selling your investment property to your current tenant.

And lots more… so listen to Ask The Guys!
